What You’ll Bring to the Table:

As our Regional Manager, you’ll be a key driver of success for our US business. You’ll:

• Inspire & Develop: Coach and mentor your team, providing the support and guidance needed to achieve ambitious goals – you’ll be a champion for their growth.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of our US operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards.
• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand our US market presence, utilizing data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage the regional budget effectively and provide clear, concise reports to senior leadership.
• Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve challenges, demonstrating a resourceful and solution-oriented approach.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with proven success in managing teams and driving performance.
• Demonstrates a history of consistently exceeding targets and goals – you’re a results-oriented leader.
• Possesses exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills – you can build strong relationships and make informed choices.
• Is self-motivated, disciplined, and thrives in a remote work environment.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
